Definition

Walking distancemeasured in terms of the radius /circle from community facilities (three types of community facilities) to residences.

Justification

Distance measurement of the accessibility of residents to community facilities around their residence.

Community facilities are public facilities for health, religion and education sponsored by the government. These facilities should be low hierarchical facilities, that is basic amenities provided to local residents such as: 

Health – District Health Center, village clinic, polyclinic, district hospital.

Religious - Mosque, Surau (small mosque), Tokong (Chinese temple), Kuil (Hindu temple), Gurdwara (Sikh temple), and others.

Education - Primary and Secondary Schools. Not including kindergartens, nurseries, boarding schools, higher education institutions and others.
